Beaver, sorry but according to his CV he never has run a mine, he has done exploration work, even on operating mines, but he has never been involved in actually operating or running an mine. It is completely different work.

Exploration guys are by nature optimists, they have to be, but deciding on what is economic or not is another matter and usually left to mining engineers, not geologists.
