Given the concentration of holdings by the insiders of KXL, should an offer be tendered that is acceptable to them, the rest of us will just be along for the ride. Highly unlikely that enough "dissenters" could be gathered to reject any offer that was approved by the board.

I am starting to appreciate that we have several quite distinct groups of participants in this forum. While it is likely that most of us are in negative territory, those that are somewhat "longstanding" are not probably down a substantial amount.

I have come to appreciate however that those who bought in at self described "4.80" and "2.71" have truly suffered a paper loss of significant proportions that would require "earthshaking" positive news to even return to break-even. Hopefully those persons have other investments that have not suffered quite so badly.

For me, I just don't see this as the time to abandon ship. Having waited this long I see it worthwhile to await the resource computation as well as news from the Uranium project.
