I really don't need an "apology". There are too many things that could happen outside managements control. That includes "extra hoops and jumps" that the TSE could impose.

What I am looking for is "acknowledgement". An acceptance of responsibility and accountability. Simple really but essential in my view to fulfill the role of professionalism which is what is needed if this company is to move to the next level.
