You may recall 2007 to Aug 1st 2008.Eight months of delay while the then management(which includes Maher)were saying they were having great drill results but are not issuing any NR until they have the whole picture!!They had 7 drills going around the clock giving the impression they were on to something great so just wait! LOL

I am sorry but the delay was intentional and the news on Aug 1st 2008 was so bad it was a HOAX! a lie, a fraud. The reason for the great initial result was horizontal drilling

No one can do that alone and of course the CEO hit the road but there are others and the chairman of the board bears the ultimate responsibility of "duty of care" but nothing was done and here we are again. The delay is intentional and for the same reason-- Disappointing news!
