P.S. Looking more closely at my records vs. the above, I forgot that I had at one time figured this out already - two of my introducing brokers + the dealers they place with are frontrunning me by 1/2 cent on parts of trades, as they often do. Sigh. By comparison, when my trades disappear completely from the records, when they use the "dark pools" to fill orders, I get fills at (before commission of course) prices like 31.1267 cents instead of 31 cents. I have called them on this and it goes nowhere. I have been pushing myself to switch to iTrade or whatever it's called from Scotia, but don't know if the result will be any better there, as Scotia themselves has given me grief as well in the past. It's not a lot of money, but it is annoying as the frontrunning part isn't legal or shouldn't be.
