There is no doubt in my mind that we, the retail shareholders, were defrauded from Dec 2007 to Aug 1st 2008.I have today reported this to BCSC for furthering. I also told OSC as a courtesy as KXL is listed on the TSX venture exchange.I also posted this on the SH BB.
