April last year TRR on the venture did a 5 for 1 consolidation, it was sitting at a penny and a half at the time of the consolidation, after the consolidation there were only 19 million shares, the company then had an immediate PP, raised money, then another PP, raised more money, bought some more land, and now the stock sits at a buck or so. I sold TRR in the forties, took a single digit loss only to watch it run several weeks later to over a buck. Therefore, not all stocks plumate after a consolidation, but it's still is a piss off if your the last to know what the company is up to and with these juniors that seems like the shareholders are always the last to know, even if you e-mail IR they give you the song and dance. My producers have done great in the last year or so, my juniors struggle like a snail. Blah Blah Blah.....Have a great evening....
