Whatever KXL does, they need to do it fairly soon. The money won't last forever, and as it runs out they will become more and more vulnerable to a hostile takeover at fire sale prices. I don't think they have the money to get to production themselves, and there's no way with the present situation that they can raise enough money without ridiculous dilution. There has to be some company just beginning production or on the verge of being cash flow positive that they can acquire or merge with. Unless they can find such a source of revenue to at least keep them level, it's game over.
