I certainly would be surprised if any shareholder took "the legal route" because the chances for success would be minimal unless there is proof that the drilling results have been falsified. In my opinion, no such proof exists. What we have are statements put out by the company such as "the find of the decade", "we are making excellent progress" , and "the market will reward us", just to name a few. These are merely statements of opinion and are not actionable, regardless whether such utterances can be shown to have influenced a shareholder to purchase the company's shares. The old Latin maxim "caveat emptor" still applies (buyer beware).
