Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
happened,
at least now we have something to talk about.
do i like the deal? yes and no
the yes side..... well we are no longer talking about pure speculation, and kodiak COULD become a producer (which i don t think is the real plan) or could become a real target if they do reach the near term producer title. of course they are far away from that goal .
the no side....its clearly the end of the golden miles dream from here, the vast majority of the longs here were confident (over confident) that this project could and should be a life changing investment. if this deal brought a final point to this dream we could say that this is a positive point.
the no side plus plus.... we still sit whit the same cash amount in hand but we do now have much more project to push forward and this is as bad as it can be. they will have to option all the project they don t have the money to lead or raise an unbelievable amount of money to lead them all . seeing all those projects sleeping that cost money months after months is like having a business who accumulate to much inventory that they are paying for whit the mortgage money knowing they will not sale it before years . this is pure suicide.
from here they will make a 180 degrees spin or rapidly die and write off
and from the press release the new aquisition management is please to be able to drop their project in the hands of kodiak management which are from their own words more capable of running the project then they are , so i figure here that no help can be expect from this group ......i m a little worry here knowing what this team (kodiak) have done whit 75 millions dollars in hand and one of the most promises project in the whole world whitin a matter of 3 little years , if we do realise that they are the best group to advance the NEW identity.
well...........
