In both the 2008 and 2009 reports it is stated explicitly that the 3 g/t cut-off "must be re-evaluated" by the authors of the report( see page 7 of the 2009 report). The key point here is that Kodiak will certainly do this with their pre-feasibility report and will probably get a smaller number , which is a good thing. Another note on gold conversions( see page 96 of same report):

1 oz = 31.1 g

1 oz/t = 34.3 g/t

Therefore 0.04 oz/t(short) = 1.4 g/t

We're talking gold here , we don't want to be " short " changed.
