Agreed. Mining and exploration are different skill sets and most junior explorers sell out a deposit, if they're smart. I had to dodge big haul trucks at Pine Point MInes, Thompson Lake mines and Syncrude in a pickup truck. When it was colder than minus 30 at Syncrude the plumes from the stacks would hug the road like fog. There was a haul road crossing where you would peer into the mist wondering how much warning you would get when the big trucks appeared. But, there was a hockey game and cold beer waiting on the other side of the road, so it was pedal to the metal.
