yes the tide is rising, but the majors(Barrick, Kinross, etc) do not seem to break through the peaks of a couple of years ago. Juniors(at least mine) are doing well, but not the big guns; so why?

1) the super rich are buying bullion in stead of stocks

2) the masses still do not believe this bull run and are not willing to drive the stocks higher

3) the cost of production is increaseing, but I can't believe they are rising by that much

I still hold on my large cap golds because I think they will eventually break through and it would be too risky to put all buy money into juniors only. Although doing very well now, I also have had very bad times with juniors
