Correct me if I'm wrong but you wonder how long it will take this to be filled. Seems to me that it is filled - i.e. that McQuarrie Bank has bought the whole placement for themselves. If so this seems to me to be good news as some pretty savy people are putting some fairly major money into PDG at a pretty good price considering where the market is. JMHO.
