To start,

Yes I am pleased to see the SP respond to good news , but... we are still DOWN 90% from our all time high !!

I'll feel better when the SP cracks $1.00 and starts pushing toward $2. I still own well over the 100,000 share count and am significantly still under water. I'm not crying a river, just being honest and realistic from a long time shareholders perspective.

I realize that many current shareholders became such over the last year at significantly lower prices and are justified in being very happy with their investment. I wish I were one of them! Some probably have never even heard of Kodiak!!

We still have a long way to go, but I admit it will be a little easier to be patient with the company improving its worth. I am more optimistic today than I was last month and hope to be even more so next month!

Another thing, did we really need to do the latest PP @ .45 if we knew this was coming?? I"ve finished with my rant for now! Rico
