Hi Rico,

On Monday, August 29th I received in the mail the Prodigy "Notice of Annual General Meeting" package which included a "Voting Instruction Form" (proxy). The AGM is occuring September 15, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver. On Tuesday, I received two phone messages reminding me to either attend in person and/or vote on the 4 intiatives using the proxy form. That's it.
