if i understand well your thinking then, the only way pog could rise is if we see the us dollars

depreciate but even more than the euro cause if the euro is getting weaker versus us dollar then the pog will act accordingly , so you think that pog will always defacto lose value when us dollars are gaining vs euro , is this the base of your statement?
