Goldstream appears to contain only the Milestone and area properties on the east side of the BG gold camp, so they may spinoff more than one company. I remember back when they were considering a nickel, gold and uranium division. The Milestone area will be a challenge to develop because of the long narrow geometry, but the Magino open pit has a cutoff of 0.35 g/t, so it's good to see someone taking a shot at it with new money. I appreciate that Brian is keeping his eye on the Magino ball, doesn't want to be distracted by the exploration properties and intends to develop Magino with the existing company. However, imagine what happens when they get the results of the 2 deep drills and they say that the deposit could be twice as deep. You can't increase the resource estimate based only on these two drill holes but there's a lot of upside that requires a bunch of drilling. The large gold companies had poorly performing shares prices this year but they are flush with excess cash and on the prowl for acquisition candidates. If PDG is targeted for acquisition, what Brian would like to do is secondary to what the shareholders want. I'm holding on until we get those drill results. Meanwhile it's a " risk off" day, where the price of G & S drop and the US $ goes up.
