Trade a minute price control

These guys (paradigm) must set up a program to sell 500 shares per minute into the bid and then go to lunch.

I am sure this is all legal and above board because if there was any sudden demand for the stock the bids would raise and it would be a mute point. I do find it irritating though because in my mind it does not reflect the true interest or price range of the issue.
