Speaking to Brian before..

I was speaking to Brian quite a while ago and asked about a PP that I didn't think was necessary with a low SP. His answer was simple. Money is hard to get so when you have a chance take it.

The investors who bought in on this one know they are buying low!!! That's exactly why they are buying!!

They have no interest in paying anywhere near a fair price. Rico
