Well we have arrived at another tipping point...WE have kazillion shares outstanding...zippo share value according to the market and vultures and opportunists drooling over our remains.

We can not go to the market again for more funds...

Our worst fear is that the management decide to do a reverse split on the stock..

That would be a 10:1 reverse split ...making my 100,000 PDG shares 10,000 PDG new shares worth $5.90 /share,

What a tragedy...from there the bottom would fall out ..if we can garner support at .59 ..we would be stoned at $5.90..slain..probably get support around $2.00 new price or .20 pre reverse split price..

What a mess...

Our next news release has to be so spectacular that the share price will be driven up above a dollar,at least in hope of any profit from our holdings at all.

Our ride on this baby is getting shakier all the time.
