You do need a a TD account to access the report.

Yes I trade through TD webbroker and the markets and research tab on the program gives all kinds of good free stuff.

And yes at tis point in development the risk rating is low..compared to the S&PIndex..

So spending a few more shekles is a good pllay,but I bought my last 5K or so at .57..

I'm as far into PDG as I am going for now.
