Message: Takeover practicalities

We seem to have many participants who are quite familiar with the entire mining spectrum.

I am wondering if there are certain stages in the discovery-production continuum that are more likely to attract takeover offers.

In an area such as we are located it would seem to the unitiated(such as myself) that those with existing milling capacity within reasonable hauling distance might want to take a run at a deposit such as our own before any monies are expended on what would be then un-necessary milling components.

If we are in such a time frame that could well explain what seems to be a concerted attempt to keep our share price in this current lower range. All offers are tendered on a percentage of the currently traded price. The lower the current price the lower the eventual cost to the aquirer.

Just trying to consider all the alternatives that might lie ahead.

Onward and Upward
