I really think that can be relegated to the august factor. the best "season" for juniors typically is September to november ... although that's hasn't necessarily been the case the past year or two. Once the US starts arguing about the fiscal cliff and the prospect of a huge hike in taxes on dividend income comes front and centre we will get more attention for sure.
