Paying for management sins for not keeping shareholder value at decent priced share value.

Letting the share value fall so far ..and then going out on private placements sounds like someone is feeding their rich friends with low ball shares..now we the great unwashed are paying for previous management,and some of the present no brainers ,mismanagement..even possible defrauding the company and shareholders ,...

At the very least directors not curtailing ,and failure to oversee ,the management of the company..

Weak management and weak directors = weak share prices..

Simple..

Stupid ..but the finger is pointed in only one direction.
