I am making the point of the inclusion of Brian on the board of Directors..He is CEO of the company..For those that don't know it ...Directors govern corporations and Management manage them ..IF you don't know the difference ,check in at the American School of management in Chicago..for a course or two..I learned lots in the two months I spent on their course back in '75...

Well worth the money....In '75 $$$$ $6,000/month ..+ food and lodgings..

So I don't want him as director and CEO..He can be either as far as I am concerned and could do either well..It is just the conflict of interest between the two posts going to one person..
