Yes Portee Brian did get voted on to the Board, it seems that to my understanding you need to get 8 Board members before you can get back down to 5 or 6, this is open to interpretation, I will leave it at that, by the way there were only 2 Board members present . Portee I believe you your explanation regarding share price is bang on. Bcdom
