The undervalued stock price is another reality that relates to involving banks and brokers to raise cash. Once the brokers control share and order flow, a stock gets traded 6 ways from Sunday and won't show it's true value until most of the risk is gone.

the solution would be to consolidate 10-1 and remove their clout. But alas that would be biting the hand that feeds.

I know a few mining pros that will always raise cash as private company from friends and family and other mining pros before they get married to a broker... It minimizes the BS and increases shareholder value much more quickly. They are almost impossible to get into early though unless you know someone..... and have time to wait.
