My first reaction is that I've lost and have been cheated!

I am not even at my breakeven point and we have a great resourse that is being given away for peanuts. Portee, Where are the Richardson's and all their money that was going to help us build the mine?? or at least VALUE??

Obviously, the Richardsons and management are fine with this deal as it has already been agreed by them in this " friendly " deal!! Friendly to who I say???

Deal closing in December, so if anyone else is interested they better show up quick!!
