As far as a white knight goes, I wouldn't hold my breath. There's still lots of money that needs to be invested in magino before it's a producing mine. that has to be factored in to any purchase price. Having said that, it is an attractive project.

I don't know much about Argo but they have producing mines and Magino will double reserves now and production by 2016. On our own we are 3 to 4 years from first production. Do you really want to stick around that long? At least now we have a base price that IMO is comparable to price post pre-feasibility.

As shareholders of Argo warm to the deal the price will rise assuming want to stick it out. . If you want to stick aroundkeep holding and own AR shares.
