I am far from happy with this deal. Tibber said that this 1.08 offer puts us in line with what he thinks would be the SP after the PFS. Even if he were right , so what!! The PFS according to Brian is only 1 step in the process that he said we would be pursuing that would steadily increase our SP!!

So why is he selling now??? We have money in the bank to see us through for quite a while. What is the rush to sell??

We only recently came out with a great resourse estimate, ads are appearing on BNN, analysts arecalling us a strong buy and BANG!!, we sell off to the first cheap offer that comes our way?? We're not even getting what the analysts say we are worth and we are just starting to roll???

I think we have more gold than they do!! They have over 92 Million shares out or about 1/3 of ours, but their share price was over $10 !!

After all the effort it took to find and prove up this resourse, why is it that we think we have to dump it now?? They even get our money, the Golden Mile plus all of our other land holdings as well as total ownership of any deals we have made with our other properties.

If we had just sold off Magino, at least we would be left with a company with tons of money in the bank and a few prospects and maybe could have bought more.

To me it just doesn't make any sense .

If we don't get a better offer than this , then I'll admit I am wrong, but it's hard to believe we aren't worth more than this !!!
