konor, I half agree with you. Sold a big chunk of my shares at a buck this morning ... but won't take less than a buck for the rest at this point.

Even if there's no sweetened offer, I expect a steady rise in AR as their production seems to be ramping up this year. They also have 24.5 million warrants coming due at year end which will give them an extra $100 million in the coffers. That might have been partly priced into ARs share price and now is dropping off becasue some/all of that cash will be used to advance Magino rather than being passed on to shareholders.

At the end of the day I suspect PDG will be worth more before the deal closes. I'm just not willing to leave all my chips on the table to find out.
