The other additional factor is the POG. If the POG rises over $2000 as many analysts are suggesting, then the SP of Argonaut could exceed your estimates.

I still would like to see a competitive bidder surface. Also, I'm getting rather curious as to the lack of information about when the meeting to decide this merger will occur!
