Also, all Argonaut really wants is Magino. So why do we have to throw in everything else we own? Could we not just give them Magino, and keep some cash, spinning everything into a new company??

We'd still get our. 1042 of AR and own our own company with lots of land and have money in the bank!! It would have to be worth something. We could then even look to swing more deals!!

I just don't think that. AR puts any value on anything else than Magino or at least they haven't said so.
