Besides would you really want Brian and his friends using the proceeds from a good property to explore moose pasture or would you rather the money in your pocket to be used elsewhere or be part of a bigger and stronger company,

Personally I'd rather be part of a bigger fish , you'd still own magino and also be part of a producing company that won't have to dilute to bring Magino into production. and the bigger fish are more likely to get swallowed by the monsters.
