Rico..

The TV ads are still running ..saw one this morning..

Anyone buying the PDG shares below $1.08 are getting a bonus when they convert on the approval of the merger at the December meeting..IF the proposal goes over the 66 2/3rds majority vote ..WEll they are not getting my vote,,

At $2.08 they can have it..

Hope all our Y'aller's on the board had a good Thanksgiving,.
