For this thing to go forward ,the plan of arrangement must be approved by 66 2/3% of the votes cast at the special meeting ..6th Dec,2012...Anno domini.

In the mean time I believe we will be trading ,for how long..don't know..If anyone can enlighten us..please do..

maybe we will really take off if it doesn't pass..and maybe we will take off up if it passes..

anyway I'm in for the duration..
