I believe that a halt will be called on the stock the minute that the sale of the company is approved..To do so otherwise would be illegal..or impossible.
or wrong...or what ever the F*K happens to company's that have been sold...Cease trade anyway..That can happen after market hours..and tomorrow open as AR..after all the paperwork is completed maybe a few days..Monday or Tuesday of next week.

At that point I will head for the AR board and begin to make a nuisance of my self there ..as I have done here for the past yea many years..I have not sold a KXL /PDG share yet and look forward to a sale of hi valued AR shares.
