Sae is in a position where they have a permitted mill that they can use to produce some gpld.they are using the proceeds to continue their exploration and cover their costs.The issue as I see it is that they don't have a proven reserve yet where thet are able to say what they have in ground to go forward.This is backwards from most situations where they prove up a resource first and then move toward production.The stock has already taken a big jump so I wouldn't be jumping on just yet.

I own gbn,Golden Band which also owns a licenced mill in Sask. and is in the process of building up a resource to start production.However in this case the sp is still low at .42 until they start rolling.
