Thanks for that info and those links, some interesting number on polar bears. If that is true I must have seen the study on the one population group that is growing.

Interesting to is that out of a population of about 25,000 roughly 1,000 are killed by hunting. I wonder how that ratio compares to other wild animals such as moose, black bears, etc
