Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML) (press release dated November 9, 2010) has reported an indicated resource of 35,638,000 pounds of U3O8 grading 17.99% U3O8 in the Phoenix A Zone and an inferred resource of 3,811,000 pounds of U3O8 grading 7.27% in the Phoenix B zone.
Ans Yes,KEP..Korean Power is a big player in U3O8 with Dennison and a number of other junior explorers ,Including Fission Energy..FIS another favourite of mine..You can make a ton on this one too..

And yes,Korean Power bought this private placement..
n accordance with an existing agreement between the Company and its largest shareholder, Korea Electric Power Corporation ("KEPCO"), KEPCO is entitled to subscribe for additional common shares of the Company. KEPCO will be entitled to subscribe for approximately 4.5 million common shares at the subscription price of C$2.45 per share.
And a little education about Uranium..
Check it out and look around to find out how many Uranium mills there are in North America..
The Company has ownership interests in two conventional uranium mills in North America.
Denison also has a strong exploration and development portfolio including the Phoenix discovery in the Athabasca basin as well as large land positions in the United States, Canada, Mongolia and Zambia.
It is the operational mills that makes Denison so valuable in my mind..producing...and now takes forever to get a U3O8 mill permitted.."Not in my backyard" kicks in here..
I'm looking at something else that you may be interested in but am not advertising at this time..More DD to do on this company.
