CYP does look pretty regular, but remember that being regular means you sh!t frequently! IT was also very regular a yr ago between .18 and .20. 3x today's price.

AGNC did it's big (almost 10%) post div drop and climbing back. Never bought in. either you buy after the drop and go for the 10% per quarter cap gains or hold it for the 19% annual div. Not bad options.
