well today i finally bit the bullet and bought some ng........they have some nice deposits in alaska and n. canada......partners being teck and barrick......they are going to spin off their copper assets at ambler to the shareholders by forming a separate company....in addition they have brought in people from barrick into management to run novagold.....the former ceo at novagold will become the ceo of the new copper company......in a way this play reminds me of silverstandards spin off of pretium........oh and today they did an underwriting for 250 million at 9.50......which quickly turned into a 330 million underwriting......anyways in this company the parts are worth more than the whole......
