The letter states that one of our near term goals is to
"Conclude long term Ulaan Ovoo coal off take agreements with regional Russian power plants"
Now to me this translates to contracts being signed not for 500,000 tons of coal to a few power plants for this or next year; but this clearly sounds like a multiple million tons of coal contract for many years to come. And knowing John like I do this will be at the going contract rate for the price of coal.. And there may be a basement clause as well so this will lock in a floor price as well as leave room for an upward revaluation in the price of coal.
