1.4 billion tonnes of coal need I say more? If so keep on reading.
I would like to see the 55 gallon hat they pulled that valuation number out of.
How did they get this number??? By using the share count that was increased to over 600,000,000 shares???
And then what about the consolidation..
That valuation is akin to Mark-to-Market accounting.
The share count is increased only to transfer ownership from shareholders of PCNC to shareholders of PCY. Then the consolidation only preserve the share structure.
I never invested in PCNC but it was on my watch list. So being a shareholder of PCY I think its very nice to have more land on strike. I do expect the SP of PCNC to go up because I think the properties are great but how high up it will go remains to be seen at this point. Do I think that it will go over $1.5 on this deal not without more factual news such as met results or more assays. Do I think it will eventually go to or over that price... Yes if more supporting evidence comes out. (and I see this in 2011)
Now I'm not bashing this by any means but, what I do think is that these properties are worth far more than the price listed here. Now this value is/ will be passed down to the shareholders so... No Beef.
I do however think that this could have waited for some of the news on Lynn Lake and Wellgreen to come out. They are working on it as is in past NRs so whats the rush with this deal? Until these facts come out I don't see PCNC going to its real value anyway so why try to trick us with valuation numbers that they can't quantify???
Again not bashing the deal. I LOVE the properties I just think that it will be a while before the true value is unlocked and I don't think this is the near term solution; but I'm not a day trader with a lifespan of a week. I'm an investor so moving on.
I think it will take more drilling and the met results to unlock value and all this is on the way and who is to say that the value would not be seen in PCY without this deal.
What this deal does is get us more land. That is what this deal is all about.
2011 will be a great year for Prophecy Coal, Prophecy Platinum, and Prophecy Vanadium.
