News will get PCY going and it's on the way.
The coal at the Mongolian China border just increased from $35 to $55.
When coal at the Mongolian Russian border goes up to $55 per ton our profit will be around $30 per ton.
This is a significant improvement from the $15 a ton we were going to have in the bank per ton.
And there is nothing saying that the price of coal won't increase further.
With the safety of nuclear power in question the price of coal will no doubt reach new all time highs.
The only issue I see is that coal for immediate delivery might take a small hit because of the damage to some ports. But this should be off set with the lack of coal due to the floods in Australia.
The undamaged power plants will be running at full tilt and will consume all the coal they can throw at em'. Not to mention all of the old power plants they will recommission to take up the void left from nuclear power.
