In their latest Journal, they have a write-up on the merger and they are shareholders of PPG and SSH.

New Board: Adrian Fleming (SSH), Darryl Cardey (SSH), Steve Swaffield (SSH), R.Bruce Duncan (PPG), Quinton Hennigh (PPG)

PPG - post merger - will have 78M shares fully diluted (59M issued) and $ 8M in the kitty.

Drilling on both properties: Kiyuk (Nunavut) in March, Whiskey (Yukon) in June.

Could get very interesting.
