Interesting. They sure seem to have a lot going for them:

-location near decent sized city

-city/province familiar with and friendly to mining

-skilled labour

-electric power

-close to 2 smelters

-close to sea port

-high grade Cu, Au, Ag

The CEO answers my earlier question about mining. He wants to be an explorer and leave the mining to someone else.
