Discovery and development of precious metals - New Brunswick & Manitoba
InnovExplo’s objective was to provide an estimate of the mineral resources at the Hachey Zone
in compliance with Regulation 43-101, and prepare the project for a pre-feasibility study. The
resource estimate presented herein meets this objective.
In addition, the observations during the completion of this assignment led InnovExplo to believe
that the mineral potential of the property has not yet been fully evaluated by diamond drilling
and stripping.
One of the most important aspects of a resource estimate is the definition of geological
continuity. This criterion was thus the first aspect verified during the Hachey Zones resource
estimation. Continuity was observed from one section to the other, but was difficult to establish
due to the presence of numerous zones and the high degree of deformation.
The detailed geological interpretation allowed InnovExplo to establish the geological
parameters needed to define continuity. The main consideration in the geological interpretation
was the visual observation of sulphide content. Based on the information to date (diamond drill
hole and surface stripping observations and interpretations), it appears that there is no specific
host rock or alteration linked to mineralization.
A detailed interpretation of cross-sections enabled InnovExplo to confirm that the Hachey Zone
lenses are continuous enough to be exploited by open-pit method if a future economic study
demonstrates the economic viability of the project
