Hi Peter:

Here is a suggestion for a book that could be used for a fundraiser. I know that the Nov 12 update caused quite the discusion on some of the forums with so many people disecting every word, letter, and puncuation perhaps a book titled "should I sell or should I lease". that has a glossary in the back that gives a definition to every word so that there is no misunderstanding. I am sure it could become a best seller.
